How to reach us

By plane:  Naples Capodichino Airport is the closest airport to the Hotel La Solara Sorrento at a distance of 50km.

By car:  Heading south take the A3 motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia following directions for Sorrento.  Transfer from the airport by private car can be arranged by the Hotel La Solara Sorrento reception.  Contact the hotel directly to arrange this service.

By train:  From Naples take the regional train from Circumvesuviana which arrives at Sorrento.  Trains leave every 20-25 minutes from 5:00 in the morning until 22:30 in the evening.  The Sorrento train station is only 300 metres from the hotel shuttle bus stop in Via degli Aranci.  The hotel shuttle bus leaves the hotel for the Sorrento town centre at 8:15 and then on the hour from 9:00 until 23:00.  The shuttle bus returns to the hotel every hour from 9:15 until 23:15.

By bus:  SITA buses run along the Amalfi Coast to Sorrento and back.  Buses depart from outside the Circumvesuviana train station.  About 12 buses function daily between Sorrento and Amalfi, looping around Positano.  The bus stops 50 metres away from the hotel.

By boat:  Fast boats arrive from the port of Naples Molo Beverello at the following times: 9:00 11:00 13:05, 15:00 17:151 8:35 19:30 21:05.  The Sorrento harbour is 3km away from the Hotel La Solara Sorrento.
